Business Sprint

A programme for entrepreneurs who need a systemic view of their business under instability — not motivation.

Led by Elina Tongieva and Konstantin Kholstinin

Most business decisions are made reactively: the market shifts and the company adapts, a crisis comes and the fire gets put out. That works until it stops working.

At this stage the problem is not a shortage of effort. It is the absence of a structure that can carry the load of change.

Business Sprint is built where two views of a system meet.

Decisions and the structure of thinking

Elina Tongieva

Works with the decisions and the thinking structure of the person in charge: how to leave the mode of constant reaction and build a decision-making process that does not depend on how turbulent the environment is.

Capitalisation and resilience

Konstantin Kholstinin

Brings a view of business as a system of capitalisation and resilience — where the key question is not «how to earn more» but «how to build a structure that accumulates and holds value».

Expert in goodwill and corporate transformation projects, author of «Goodwill. Where to begin planning a career». Member of the academic council of the management faculty at the Swiss International Institute Lausanne. Background: Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Twelve years running companies as chief executive, fifteen years in consulting and corporate training.

Why structure, not effort

Both lines rest on the same logic, familiar from the physics of complex systems: any system without structure tends towards entropy — a state where the resource is there but the order is not. A business without a system behaves the same way: effort scatters, decisions are taken from scratch every time, value leaks through uncoordinated processes. The task of the sprint is not to act more, but to build a structure that holds and concentrates what is already there: clients, decisions, capital, the attention of the team.

Who it is for

For entrepreneurs at the stage where the company has come through chaotic growth and hits the ceiling of manual management — and for mid-sized businesses where decisions are still made by putting out fires rather than by system.

What the programme gives

Participants leave not with another list of ideas, but with a working decision-making structure and a clear map of where exactly value is lost in their business — and how to arrange processes so that it is held and grows, however unstable the environment.
